4 cups of your favorite cake (crumbled)
2 cups of buttercream (room temp.)
melting chocolate
powdered sugar just in case mixture gets too sticky
1. Pour your crumbled cake in a mixing bowl, and then also add you buttercream.
2. Cream together until forms a nice thick mixture, using a small ice cream or cookie scoop to make your cake balls.
3. Take your melting chocolate and melt in your microwave in 10 and 15 second increments just until melted.
4. Roll cake ball in hands if too sticky roll in powdered sugar. Then dip your cake balls halfway into the melting chocolate, then set in the fridge for about 20 minutes just until the chocolate has hardened and cake ball is firm.
