Homemade Chocolate Cake Mix

Dry Mix Makes about 7 cups of Cake Mix:

3 cups All Purpose Flour

2 cups unsweetened cocoa

2 1/4 cups sugar

1 teaspoon salt

6 teaspoons baking powder

1. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl.2.Whisk the dry ingredients together in bowl and put your mix in an airtight container or mason jar like I did for about 6 to 12 months! If you are busy, just double your mix!
