Homemade Vanilla Cake Mix

Makes about 5 cups of Cake Mix:

3 cups Flour

2 1/4 cups sugar

6 tsp baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

Pinch of cinnamon

1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl.

2. Whisk your dry ingredients together, then put in an airtight container up to 6 months. Check all my recipes that call for my Cake Mix! They are amazing!
