Makes 2 Loaves

Baking Tools: 2 9x5 loaf pans buttered and lined with parchment paper, 2 mixing bowls, Hand Mixer or Whisk(preferably hand mixer), Rubber Spatula

Oven Temp.: 350*F

Baking Time: 47-50 minutes or until golden brown

INGREDIENTS

Banana Bread

2 cups sugar

2 sticks softened butter

3 extra large eggs

⅓ cup milk

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 ¼ teaspoons ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg(optional)

1 teaspoon of vanilla

3 teaspoons High Quality Maple Syrup

2 ripe Bananas, smashed with maple syrup

3 cups all purpose flour

  1. Ensure that oven is preheat to 350*F, and your loaf pans are buttered and lined. Next, in a mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar for a few minutes until light and fluffy. Make sure to scrape the bowl down as you mix, and when you are done creaming the butter and sugar together.

  2. Then, in one addition at a time add in your eggs; making sure to scrape the bottom and the sides of the bowl after each addition.

  3. Next, add in your sour cream and vanilla extract. After that, add in half of your dry ingredients this includes: the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg(if you chose to use it), baking soda and powder. Next, add in the last half of your dry ingredients and your milk, again ensure to scrape down your bowl!: :)

  4. Lastly, fold in your smashed bananas and maple syrup into your batter until it it is properly dispersed (as shown in video). Then, divide the batter evenly between your loaf pans and bake them in your preheated oven for 47-50 minutes or until golden brown.
