2 1/2 cups Vanilla Cake Mix
1 cup mini milk chocolate chips
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 stick of butter melted
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1. Cream butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Make sure to scrape down side of bowl before you add the egg and after you add the egg. Then you can go ahead and add the vanilla and peanut butter.
2. Make sure that all the ingredients are mixed in completely. Next, pour in all the cake mix and let it mix just until the cake mix is incorporated throughout the dough. Fold in your chocolate chips.
3. Scoop cookies on to your sprayed baking pan, then bake at 350*F for 20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges!
