Updated: Mar 23, 2020

Brownie

1 3/4 cups All Purpose Flour

3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup granulated sugar

1 stick butter softened to room temperature

3 extra large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cups mini chocolate chips melted w/ 3 teaspoons Peanut Butter

4 Chips Ahoy! Cookies cut in half

4 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups roughly chopped

chopped Spanish peanuts ( add as much as you like)

1. Cream together softened butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Then, start by adding in one egg at a time to your mixture making sure that each egg is being combined completely.

2. Go ahead and pour in your vanilla extract, then stir in your cooled chocolate/peanut butter mixture until it is fully combined.

3. Mix together your dry ingredients this includes; flour, salt, baking soda and powder, and coco powder. I like to mix it more than I should just to make sure that my leavening agents are dispersed evenly!

4. Pour your wet mixture in to your dry mixture and fold together with your rubber spatula, once it comes into a batter fold in your milk. Pour in some of your batter just to cover the bottom of the skillet sprinkle on some peanuts and layer on your cookies. After that pour on the rest of your batter sprinkle on  rest of you peanuts then sprinkle on the Reese's cups!

5. Then, Bake @ 350*F for 25 minutes for gooey center 30-35 minutes or until cooked all the way through! ( Personally, I love the gooey center because the cookies create this layer of goodness that is indescribable! You must try it!)

Caramel

2 cups sugar

½ cup Karo Syrup (corn syrup)

1 cup water

½ cup heavy cream

6 Tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Pour sugar in large pot making sure that the bottom is covered. Then pour water over sugar swirling it not stirring, then pour in corn syrup. Cook this mixture until it reaches an autumn brown takes about 30 minutes on medium heat.

2. Once you've reached this autumn stage slowly pour in your cream whisking it until its combined. Remove from heat and add your salt, butter, and vanilla. Let butter melt and let caramel cool then drizzle over your brownie!

3. Pour  the rest in a Mason Jar, let cool slightly then serve warm.
