INGREDIENTS

2 cups of All Purpose Flour

3/4 teaspoons of baking soda

1 teaspoon of baking powder

3/4 cups of brown sugar(lightly packed)

1/2 cup of granulated sugar

dash of ground cinnamon (optional)

1 large egg

1 stick of butter(browned)

extra 3 tablespoon of regular salted butter

pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of instant coffee or expresso powder

1 cup of your favorite array of chocolate chips

1 tablespoon of milk if needed

1. Start by browning your butter until it's toasted and a golden brown. Once that's done, carefully add in your three tablespoons of butter.

2. Mix your sugars and instant coffee powder in a mixing bowl, then again, carefully, pour in your brown butter/ butter mixture. Also, whisk in your oil, egg, and vanilla. Mix until it becomes lighter in color.

3. For the dry ingredients make sure that they are sifted, and pour half in your wet ingredients, mix until combined.

4. Lastly, pour in the remaining half and your cup of chocolate chips. Mix until combined, and add your one tablespoon of milk if needed after it is combined. 5. Take a cookie scoop, and to scoop out your cookies on to a parchment/wax paper lined baking sheet and bake your cookies at 350°F for 12-13 minutes. Start from the bottom, and then halfway through move them to the top for the rest of the cooking time.

-Enjoy!-
