Mustard Style Potato Salad 🥔🥗

Hey Food Bloggers! My family and I LOVE this recipe for Mustard Style Potato Salad! The potatoes are nice and fork tender and the dressing is so flavourful! I hope that you enjoy this recipe, so without further adieu I present to you my Mustard Style Potato Salad(click here to watch my video!)

Serves: about 10-12 people

Time: 25-30 minutes

1 1/2 cups of miracle whip(TRUST ME YA NEED IT!)

2 heaping tablespoons of sour cream

Seasoned Salt to taste

Ground Black Pepper to taste

2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar

3 tbsp of sweet relish

11/2 tablespoons of dill relish

3 tbsp of mustard

Half a teaspoon of sriracha or to taste

Cayenne pepper powder to taste

Chili powder to taste

Half a teaspoon of ground cumin powder

Onion powder to taste

Garlic salt to taste

Squeeze of lemon to taste (preferably to wedges cuts)

  1. Start by cutting your potatoes into thickish cubes(as seen in video). Then, put them in a pot of cold water with a heaping pinch of salt, place it on high heat then let it boil just until the potatoes are fork tender.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, measuring in all of your ingredients making sure to taste at then end to adjust it to your taste. Set aside.

  3. Once the potatoes are fork tender(the fork goes in and out easily, and are edible), drain them in a colander. Run then under cold water to stop them from cooking, and to cool them down(trust me on this! This cuts the time more than half!). After that, make sure that they are drained with no excess water. Gently fold the dressing into the potatoes without breaking them up too much. Garnish with a little more paprika, you can serve it right away, or let it sit at least for 4-6 hours or even overnight for the best flavour! Enjoy!!! Don't forget that if you recreate this to tag me in the photo so that I can see your recreations! :)
